What We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Name, email address, phone number, and company information when you use our contact forms, book a call via Cal.com, or submit business details through the Concierge or Assessment tools.
- Free-text submissions you enter in the contact form, AI Concierge, or AI Phase Assessment.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, user agent, referrer, and page-view events via PostHog analytics.
- AI surface usage events: turn counts, token estimates, and language detected. We never log message bodies.
AI conversation logging
When you use our AI assistants (Concierge, Assessment, Sales Flow Demo), the conversation may be logged in summary form (turn count, language, anonymized session ID, token usage) to help us improve the service. We do not log message bodies. Anthropic processes the conversation in real time per their data policy.
Saved assessment results
When you complete the AI Phase Assessment, the diagnosis result (phase, reasoning, recommendations) may be saved to generate a shareable link. Saved assessment results are stored in Upstash Redis and retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. Assessment results do not contain conversation message bodies — only the structured diagnosis output. To request deletion, email privacy@delavegamarketing.com.

Data Retention
- AI conversation messages: Ephemeral — not stored after your session ends. Anthropic processes messages in real time per their data policy.
- AI analytics metadata: Turn counts, token estimates, detected language, and anonymized session IDs are retained per PostHog's standard retention policies.
- Saved assessment diagnoses: Phase diagnosis, reasoning, and recommendations stored via shareable links are retained for 90 days unless deletion is requested earlier via privacy@delavegamarketing.com.
- Contact form submissions and CRM records: Retained for the duration of the business relationship.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at privacy@delavegamarketing.com. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion across our systems within 30 days.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the date of last revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
